Horrible customer service. We missed our Monday trash pickup. Okay no big deal. Emailed the company on Monday. No response by Thursday. I called on Thursday and was told it would be an additional charge to come pick up my trash that was missed. Okay no big deal. The representative hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a supervisor. So we’ll be waiting for our regular trash pick up on Monday, and switching companies on Tuesday.

Rude disrespectful company!!! Put there dumpster in my private parking area! Clearly posted with a sign, asked them to move it and they refused!

You will be charged if you leave more than 6 lawn and leaf bags at your curb in a given week. $3 per bag! It doesn’t matter that for several weeks a year you leave zero yard waste at the curb.

I don't put my yard waste out every single week, I might put it for a month just because I don't use it every week. I called to ask if the driver was running late. The lady that answered said the driver was through there at 13:30. I politely said that the driver lied, I have video proof of putting the garbage and the yard waste at the curb at 5:30 am when I left for work so he lied. I don't appreciate being lied to when I pay for a service. I will put it out empty and then they will pick it up. Don't lie. Not professional. 11/27/23 so I put out my yard waste again the day before Thanksgiving which is Wednesday for a Friday pickup. Now, I know that they're not going to be there Friday for a pickup because Thanksgiving falls on Thursday. I know that my new pickup day will be Saturday. Yep the yard waste driver picks up my neighbors next door to me that has a POTLUCK waste can, and mine says Arrowaste all over it and says "yard waste only." The two cans are separated by 4 ft of space. Why doesn't he pick it up, I have no idea. I called this morning because they didn't answer my email from last night when I sent it. it seems like customer service has gone right downhill with this company ever since they bought out the two guys with the garbage degree, remember those guys they're called EverKept? In the four years I was with them I had never called ever in my entire time. It's amazing how when a larger company comes in and buys a smaller company out and they keep getting larger becoming a monopoly, how the customer service and the service itself starts to diminish.

Hello not a customer but my neighbor at a over 4 million dollar property on South Shore Dr yesterday afternoon in Holland is 19** S Shore Dr Holland Michigan has a large commercial size dumpster maybe doing construction well Arrow waste picked up dumpster and drove it across the street to Belmont Square Condo Association entrance which is private property and everyone pays large condo fees about 50 feet into private driveway not customer lifts large dumpster to truck and all this pewtred smelly liquid pours out obviously driver was worried about mess on clients estate drive but cared less he left a mess on private property so I called formal complaint took pictures and forwarding to proper County dept...driver who drove on to private property in a Condo Associstion to allow excess liquid to spill out of another clients dumpster was creating a health Hazard on private property and leaving there client and company open to legal action please review with your Holland Michigan South Shore drive truck driver thank you messy liquid and residue is still there....

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Have been "working" with Dawn and Diane in the offices in regards to a billing issue over email. All responses from them have been a three or four word response, and not constructive. Hard to imagine a company in West Michigan with such a horrible tract record, but here we are. They do not care about customer issues or resolving them. They'd rather ignore you until you seek their competitor. We were with Potlock before the merger. "Afternoon Jennifer! We aren’t sure if you are speaking of the correct company as we don’t have a Heather in our office, however we will absolutely pull your account in the morning to see how we can best support your billing issue. Thank you for your feedback!" Thank you for your response Arrowaste. I put your response to my review in quotes so nothing gets deleted. I have removed "Heather" from my review. I couldn't help but notice that while you corrected the name of your CSR, you did not resolve the issue that I wrote this review about. That's called deflection. Which is exactly my complaint against your firm. Thank you for publicly proving my point. It's been over 5 weeks so either cut me a check for the September billing I paid for but did not recieve service for, or reactivate my service. Buyers Beware, if you end up with a billing issue they will ignore and ghost you and you'll have to take to Google reviews to resolve the discrepancy. Update 10/19/2023: after reaching out yet again I was told that I would be receiving a credit, and that they had emailed me a week ago about it. They "wondered why I hadn't responded". I never got an email. They then asked me if the "email they had on file was the correct one". I said yes, Dawn emailed me at this email address on September 22 and sent them the screen shot. Still no email or response from them. I will continue to update publicly until my issue is resolved. 10/30/23 Update: despite being told I was not being ghosted by Diane...I have yet again been ghosted. She is their PR person, supposedly. So if their PR person is also ghosting you....Still no email. Have requested reimbursement for the September billing I paid for, but did not receive service for. Seriously, y'all, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I'll continue to update this unfortunate drama as it unfolds. Stay Tuned. 11-12-23. Still no response. Asked their PR person back on Nov 1 to send me her email address so I could verify mine. No response. Reached out to her today, will let you know. Please also note that this entire experience has been over email and FB messenger so I am able to provide evidence if asked. 11/28/23 reached out to Diane a few weeks ago, and no response from them at all. She is reading my FB messenger posts but still ghosting me. Will be updating the BBB and looking into legal action. I'm a single Mom and it's the Holidays and every dime counts in this economy. I can't afford to have a months payment sitting out there, not reimbursed. As always, will continue to post here and let you know the situation.

Just switched to Arrow Waste from GFL and the customer service alone has already made the move worth it. I worked with Kristi to get my account set up and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. It's a nice change to be immediately connected to a real person who actually wants to help you. Highly recommend!
